Flour

There are so many types of flour out there, even to do basic baking you can have plain, self raising, bread flour and then you can go into pasta, wholemeal, malted, etc. The problem is that if you are an occasional baker or live alone you can end up having lots of different types of flour in the cupboard, that you hardly use and easily go out of date (particularly self-raising) or attract flour weevils. This is my quick cheat guide to make your life easier.
